Support: Downloading remote support software

EULANDA®-Clients have access to special remote support software, which do not require any installation at all. You simply download the software and are ready to go. It works with every Internet connection and no router or firewall nor a VPN connection has to be configured. The remote support can be executed calling the respective function from the left menu bar.
