Once your data, e.g. sales orders, has been recorded, you
need to output it. The built-in Report Designer allows to layout
your reports, such as proposals, invoices, delivery notes etc.
without any limitations.
Design your letterhead and store it as a template for repeated
use. No need to further use pre-printed letterhead instead you
have your corporate logos and design stored as a template. Now,
even fax and emails can be sent with the same layout.
In order to email any document, EULANDA® ERP creates a PDF file
and attaches it to the mail. The file can be viewed using the
widely available Acrobat® Reader.
Normally you would have to purchase the full version of the
Acrobat software to create a PDF file, but not with EULANDA®
ERP, the PDF engine is integrated. In case you already own a
full version of the Adobe® software, you may just upload it to
EULANDA.

Printouts support different printer bins, duplexer, sorter
and multi path labels.
Reports – templates – can be grouped together and assigned to
specific printers. This way wrong printout can be avoided.

All templates are stored in the SQL database server. This way
the reports are centralized and available at all times
throughout the company. The speed to read the reports from the
server is enhanced by using a cache system. Especially branch
offices with “slow” lines like ISDN benefit from this system.
When reports have been edited, they will be uploaded so the
latest version is always on the server.
