EULANDA® ERP supports access rights down to individual fields.
Access mechanisms of the SQL Server on NT level as well as on
SQL level are used. Right from the start of the program these
rights are loaded from the server. Available functions and
actions as well as editing rights for the respective users are
programmed.

Fields, for which the current user has no
rights, are shaded. If an entire module is blocked, the
corresponding menu tree is not shown.
Since these rights are set on SQL Server level all accesses from
within the EULANDA® ERP or via ODBC (Excel®, Access® and other)
are limited to the allowable fields and actions only.
The software uses the SQL Server META data to establish the
user’s rights, thus reducing the administration to a minimum.
