Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Standard (Encyclopedia)

This is full version of the Microsoft® SQL Server 2000, which exists as Standalone-Software as well as Bundle-Software within the Microsoft® Backoffice Server 2000, the Microsoft® Backoffice Small-Business-Servers 2000 known as SBS. 

This SQL Server is downward compatible to the Microsoft® SQL Server 2000 Desktop, which is provided with the EULANDA® ERP system, but contains a lot of tools to administer the server more efficiently and configure it according to specific user needs. The full version can be operated only on NT - servers such as NT 4.0, Windows® 2000 server family as well as Windows® .Net. It's extensions provide among other tools the Enterprise-Manager, Data import and export wizard, the index server, a scheduler and others.

Other databases may be included in queries and result sets can be shown using the OLAP technology. The Index server allows  indexing of databases for words, syllables and other criteria as to provide an extremely efficient full text search. The EULANDA®-Client/Server supports the Index server, as far as it's installed and activated. The amount of users can be raised in steps of 5, same as with the EULANDA® Client / Server version.
