The InfoSystem shows all cross relations to the calling data record. To open the InfoSystem use either CTRL+I or click on the Info sign on the tool bar, to the right of the navigator. If, for example the InfoSystem is called from the address management, it will return all cross relation for that particular address, e.g. Proposals, Sales and Purchase offers, Delivers notes, Invoices, letters etc.

The InfoSystem always shows real-time data
Due to the design of EULANDA® ERP all information provided is in real time. No history - hence no doubled data are required. The InfoSystem always analyzes true data from the SQL Server. It generates the corresponding queries to produce the lists, graphs, and other consolidated data from the respective Invoices, order etc.
Therefore the query's result set reflects the last data entered. No further action is needed and no further processing takes place. This too allows the perfect use of the memory available.
The InfoSystem is extendable
The InfoSystem is designed to allow extensions PlugIns, and, like the report designer, Solution Partners can create customized views on your data, as it is required. This way you can add analysis, specifically important to your enterprise and have it available, simply pressing a button.
Information „at your fingertips“
Because of the many InfoSystems available, you'll get a quick and complete overview of your data, respectively the data record in question. The module memorizes its position and look, so if you call the InfoSystem again, it will show the same way than before, thus allowing you to view different data records and have it presented to you always the same way, which allows quick analysis of the data.

The information shows all customer who purchased this particular article. Shows in which invoice it was billed, when it was sold, quantity and of course the price.
Customize the information shown in the browser. Right click in the title line and select "New Column". Add columns as desired. Move the columns by clicking and holding the mouse button pressed, drag the column to another position or delete columns not needed. By clicking on the column header you can sort the column either ascending or descending. When deleting all columns, the InfoSystem is automatically rebuild with its default columns. You can rename the columns as to make it more useful or meaningful to you and your team.
Show scale prices (Example)

You can create as many price lists for each article as needed. Each price list can contain as many scale prices as you desire. This browser returns all existing prices for an individual article.
