EULANDA® natively supports sales agent access. Two complementary methods allow fast and simple connections. For one we use the classical Client / Server mode to trigger server side actions from external sources and secondly we developed a proprietary asynchronous method to query the database server.

The EULANDA® API controls the complex processes and functions such as e.g. transfer of offers to orders or invoices, copy, delete and analyze data. Finley tuned, server side functions shift these complex jobs to the server, requiring only small bandwidth, as found in ISDN connections and mobile phones. The architecture of the EULANDA® API provides solution partners and third party software developers with the possibility to utilize this design.

Proprietary methods use asynchronous media such as email and Dial-Up connections to match stored data or pull and push processes from and to the server. The EULANDA® Client / Server version and the EULANDA® Replicator (optional module) are required for these functions.
