Multi Languages

The Multilanguage version of the EULANDAŽ ERP allows language switching at runtime. We distinguish between the user language and the one used for printouts - the correspondence language. The user language is the one used in screens, menus and pop-ups. The correspondence language is used in print-outs and depends of the current client. This way, you can print invoice in using the customer's language.

The primary language is the one, in which the program originally was installed. Optional available language packs can be installed.

The SQL Server will be installed using the primary language, whenever possible. Since the SQL Server is available only in few languages, the English version will be used. This is the reason, why the SQL Server's error handling will be displayed in English.

All print-outs are handled thru templates. These are designed with the available languages. Using the translation memory, the report can be printed in the desired language, thus sending an Italian offer to an Italian customer etc. The translation memory is complemented thru the correspondents language pack.. Article descriptions and the like are translated by the user in any language at the same time.

Assuming that the needed language packs are installed, it is possible that a user in Italy with an Italian EULANDAŽ ERP uses French report templates and still can communicate in German with his clients in Germany. The French template will be translated on print out automatically into German 

This language concept is very sophisticated and as far as we now unique in the world.

 

Which languages are available?

As of today the following user languages are available: German, English, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and simplified Chinese. As correspondence language we offer: French. These language packs are updated constantly. Please contact our sales department for other languages.

For the time being, the documentation is available in German only. We are in the middle of translating the handbook and help-system into other languages.

 

Scalability

These EULANDAŽ ERP language packs can be extended by any user, using the available tools. An optional Translation-Kit  is available at the newsgroup section. Prices are available at out sales department.

 

Implementation scenarios

A firm with one office has international customers.

Lets assume the company has its head office in the Netherlands and has customers in Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.

In this case the customer will install the EULANDAŽ ERP with its primary language in Dutch. This way the company can use the software in their national language. The basic EULANDAŽ ERP package includes of course the correspondence language Dutch. Additionally the correspondence language packs Italian and Spanish are needed.

A firm with one office has international customers AND international employees

Assuming the company is based in Italy and has customers in Spain and Germany. Aside its Italian staff they have employees in Spain and Germany attending their international customers.

In this case the customer will install the EULANDAŽ ERP with its primary language in Italian. This way the company can use the software in their national language. The basic EULANDAŽ ERP package includes of course the correspondence language Italian.  Additionally the correspondence language packs Spanish and German are needed and the user language packs in German and Spanish for the respective employees.

User language packs are available only for the EULANDAŽ ERP Enterprise version.
