Many suggestions from more than 30.000 customers influenced the
development of the
ERP Software EULANDA® .
One of the main focuses while developing the program was to avoid "user
unfriendly handling". The difficulty with today's software, is well defined user
guidance, without too many pop-ups on one side and the possible loss of ease in
handling the software on the other side. To balance these two demands was one of
our main goals.
Using our unique business-logic, together with a measured amount of procedure
linearization, we solved this dilemma almost entirely. The necessary connection
to the SQL Server was minimized as much as possible. The user will handle the
software as if he manages a Desktop database instead of one much more powerful
from a network server.
Main attention was and is the stability of the entire system and with such,
avoiding redundancies. In order to balance speed, flexibility and avoiding
redundancies we chose a mixture of relational connections and event triggered
controls (triggers) to maintain the data as actual as possible.
With EULANDA® the operator does not receive a completely new user interface but
can handle the program utilizing his already existing knowledge. The handling of
the EULANDA® ERP has been adopted as much as possible from Microsoft's® Outlook
2000.
