We included a support tool in the EULANDA® ERP  (Remote support and control). Check the main menu's help system for more details and or activation of this tool.

 

Remote support / control

In order to use this tool, an active internet connection is required. If connected, simply press the ENTER key or click on the respective button on the screen.

The subsequent dialog asks for a consultant number. This session number is given to you from the support employee and varies from session to session.

After entering that number, you are connected to the support employee's workstation. The screen shown immediately after a successful connection, is the supporter's desktop. Granted your permission, the supporter receives YOUR screen and both of you can operate the program / PC mutually.

Now you can show your problem in detail, right on YOUR screen, without ever leaving the office or write lengthy emails.

The transmission is 128-bit encrypted, which makes it impossible for other to "listen". Various expert's reports have accepted this procedure as security inoffensive.
