Check Settings

Back | Level back

After the installation of the program you should proceed to check the Settings found under accessories.

The most important settings are those concerning your company - the company basic data. These are used in the report templates for print-outs. Enter your data like address, telephone numbers, bank details etc.

Next check the VAT- Percentage and correct them if necessary. Please remark, that the 3. VAT group is the default group and the second group represents the reduced VAT. Check with your accounting department when using an interface to receive the correct account numbers.

If you interface an accounting system (either internally or externally) check with your tax accountant or accounting department to receive the correct revenue accounts

Next step is to control the Number ranges. These number ranges contain the next to use number for invoices, sales orders, proposals, purchase orders and all other documentation, requiring an individual numbering.

Last but not least you should setup the Store controls. These setting should be done before working with the EULANDAŽ ERP the first time, otherwise your inventory will possibly not match with the real stock. Settings include the decision if negative stocks are allowed or not. If not, EULANDAŽ ERP controls if sufficient stock is available when creating a sales order and warns accordingly. If you do not use the stock control, set the default to allow negative stocks.
