Price lists allow a high degree of flexibility when it comes to calculation. There are absolutely no limits to price lists. Each pricelist can have any number of articles and as many scale prices to each article as is required. 

Definition of pricelists

This dialog lets you create the header data to your pricelists - the name of the pricelist. The prices will be added via the "Extended" menu in the article management, as well as the individual scales.

The price list „Standard“ (= default) will be generated automatically when installing the program the first time.

Currency

Prices listed in the price lists are based on the default currency, which in Europe is normally EUR. The currency is not represented with it's symbol ( € ) but with the international 3 digit abbreviation EUR. When used in print outs, you can use the symbol or it's equivalent EUR.

Gross prices

Despite the setting in the master data of the article, you define whether the prices used in the price list is either net or gross.

This allows pricelists for resellers without tax and end-consumers with tax according to your countries regulations.
